Who says you can’t cook up some delicious indian grilled food in a microwave? It’s low on calories, clean and efficient. This mouth-watering dish will elevate you from an amateur cook to near professional cook
250g Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
1tbsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1tbsp hung curd (dahi)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chilli powder
1tsp coriander powder (dhania powder)
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Cut the paneer into square slices. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well and then add the paneer slices , mix lightly so that each slice is coated with the spice mixture. Now keep the bowl with the ingredients in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Take a microwave baking plate and brush with oil, arrange the paneer slices on the plate and grill in the microwave on each side for 4 minutes.
Sprinkle chat-masala on the paneer
Serve in a flat serving dish.
